VideoStitch Studio hardware requirements

VideoStitch Studio requires:

  • A Nvidia graphics card, CUDA compatible, with at least 3GB of graphics memory - Compute capability 3.0 or better - see this list for reference: developer.nvidia.com/cuda-gpus  - You can see more information on how to choose your Nvidia graphics card here.

OR

  • A 2013 or later Mac model integrating AMD/Intel graphics cards. Full AMD/Intel graphics card compatibility list can be found here.

  • Windows 7 or later, 64bit version, Mac OSX 10.11 or later.
  • A hyperthreaded CPU is recommended to get the best out of high-end graphics cards for high resolutions stitching. CPU is used for encoding/decoding the video. If you plan to have many input videos (more than six), and or encode large output videos, you should not underestimate it. The more core you have the faster will be the encoding/decoding part of the process.

Please note that if you change the GPU of your Mac Pro to a newer version, Apple drivers will not work and you will need to use Nvidia web drivers.
