What is CUDA?

CUDA is a technology developed by Nvidia that allows to perform massive parallel computing on Nvidia GPU chips and thus on graphics cards that leverage these chips.

Where a CPU would process computation on a few cores typically 4, 8 or 16. CUDA can processes on thousands of cores simultaneously. CUDA is widely used in the scientific community to perform intensive calculations that would be otherwise impossible in reasonable times. VideoStitch Studio leverages CUDA to provide lightning-fast video and image processing.

As of today, VideoStitch algorithms rely on CUDA acceleration. This means that a NVidia graphics card is required to use our software solutions.
